I am the responsive voice who usually answers the phone and helps you with parts orders when Doug is with another customer or out of the office. I came from the medical office world to Leader Industries in 2004 and began working in Parts and Service with Doug about six months after. Since my desk is closest to Doug's, it’s my job to assist him by invoicing all orders, taking Service appointments and daily monitoring of incoming deliveries to Leader. That way I can also make sure that any parts that are ordered but were not in stock are shipped to the customer the same day received. I also track any items that you may send to Leader for factory repairs and ship them back to you upon refurbishment and oversee outgoing UPS and FedEx shipping records.
